Kopanang Africa Against Xenophobia (KAAX) has raised alarm over what it describes as a deepening humanitarian crisis affecting migrants, refugees and asylum seekers across South Africa.
KAAX accuses authorities of failing to uphold constitutional and legal obligations, while also highlighting troubling incidents of poor coordination, obstruction of humanitarian aid, and threats to documented refugees.
