So she started making her own.

Founded in Western Australia in 2017, Keep Keto has grown from Katherine’s homemade snacks into an Australian range of crackers, jams, relishes and pantry favourites, all built around her belief that lower-carb food can still be convenient, made with real ingredients and, most importantly, taste great.

And Katherine isn’t simply the founder behind the brand. As a pharmacist with a background in medical science, she has been closely involved in developing and formulating the products herself.
