As an independent artist, Jaynes navigates through life with a lot of experience from mental illness and overcoming it, heartbreak and healing. A statement from Jonathan:

"I made the song featured in my piece just within a few days because it spoke to me so much and I felt that this was a song I was really connecting with. It was like a visual painting came to life from my head. So I decided that it needs to be out there in the world and released it. This piece was created as an explanation to what the song is about and who I am as an artist. I feel like what I truly want with my music is for my stories to be heard and related to, so hopefully I can inspire and help others just by speaking to them through songs."
