We saw a tweet that said:

"Guys I have a situation. We planned a trip with my friends and we started making payments for the accommodation and all, so 2 weeks before the trip one of our friends decides to pullout because her leave was not granted at work. She then tells me that we have to refund her the Accommodation money, we told her it’s not possible. Now she feels like I’m being unfair to her, she says even if we pay her the money back after the trip it’s okay. My point is do we have to refund her when she is the one who is cancelling ? From our pockets ? She says if she Was on the other side she would have refunded the person who decided to cancel." 

Now the question is should the friend who pulled out be refunded for not going on this trip
