Over the past few years, I’ve worked hard to rebuild my life. I’m celebrating nearly three years of sobriety, and every day I choose to keep moving forward with faith, gratitude, and purpose. Today, I have the privilege of serving in Celebrate Recovery, volunteering in children’s ministry at my church, and helping with Vacation Bible School. Giving back has become one of the greatest blessings in my life.Like so many women, I’ve spent years putting everyone else first. Between work, school, ministry, and serving others, I rarely take time for myself. A makeover would be a reminder that it’s okay to invest in myself too.This wouldn’t just be about a haircut or a new style. It would represent a new chapter—a visible reflection of the confidence, strength, and joy I’ve found after overcoming some of the hardest seasons of my life.Thank you for considering my story. Whether I win or not, I’m grateful for the opportunity to share how much hope and healing can change a person’s life. But I would absolutely love the chance to look on the outside the way I finally feel on the inside.
