Canada's Premiers have gathered in Charlottetown for the summer meeting of the Council of the Federation. They met with Prime Minister Mark Carney on Tuesday for an update on Canada's tariff response. While all provincial leaders are preaching unity, some have different views of whether Canada should retaliate or negotiate. Vassy is joined by Erin O'Toole, former Conservative Party leader and member of the Prime Minister's Advisory Council on Canada-US Economic Relations.
