Notorious Canadian serial killer Paul Bernardo was moved to a medium-security prison in Quebec this week. Tim Danson, a lawyer representing the victims' families, says this is unacceptable—especially as the victims were given no warning or explanation for the move. He joins Vassy Kapelos.
