Days before this year's Canada Day celebrations, those same Clippers struck a trade with the Toronto Raptors, a move that would have sent Leonard back to Jurassic Park. That trade hasn't been completed thanks to a broad investigation involving the Clippers, and the rules they were allegedly bending to pay Kawhi. Last week, the NBA dropped the hammer - fining Clippers owner Steve Ballmer $30 million, suspending multiple front-office members on the team, and docking the team five 1st Round picks.
