This upcoming Friday is Military Family Appreciation Day, and the annual tradition since 2019 is unfolding right here in Canada’s Capital. Together We Stand, a non-for-profit organization based in North York, will be conducting the festivities at the Brookstreet Hotel. The event marks the unique series of sacrifices that families make when their family members go to bat for their country. This year’s occasion also features a new twist, as a number of community members will be repelling 18 storeys for the cause. Together We Stand CEO Rick Seymour catches up with CFRA’s Andrew Pinsent.
