The Ford government has been cracking down on this issue, and it will continue to do so through a regulatory change that is aimed at cleaning up subways and buses across Ontario. Should OC Transpo special constables be granted such powers? Will these powers properly address open drug use in public transit spaces? Kristy Cameron puts those questions to CTV public safety analyst and former OPP Commissioner Chris Lewis. Then, she sifts through the CFRA textboard and tackles today’s Question of the Day. Shifting gears to provincial politics, Doug Ford dropped by the University of Michigan campus today to deliver a grad commencement speech.
