Canada’s Capital has become a hockey powerhouse over the years, but did you know that the same place that houses Canada’s Parliament has become a North American hub for ‘bike polo’? CFRA’s Maryanne McLarty paid a visit to Little Italy to learn more about this sport. Plus, the 43rd CHEO Telethon has raised over $600,000 in support of Ottawa’s children’s hospital. It comes on the heels of a two-week campaign to raise money and awareness for CHEO.
