Last week, Ontario’s Minister of Education admitted that too many people don’t know how to download a digital report card. And that might have been the catalyst for an old-school comeback, as paper report cards will soon be revived from the dead. Paul Calandra recently collaborated with parents and teachers in London, assembling several ideas for a reform of what he considers a ‘fractured’ school system.
