Shopping malls, nail salons, and other personal care centres are beginning to reopen in Quebec. This comes after the province launched its next phase of reopening on Monday morning with health measures like physical distancing, occupancy limits, and mask requirements in place. Maude Elysa, the owner of Coiffure Moda Elysa in Gatineau, says she has received lots of calls for haircuts in the past few days, most of which are new clients from the Ontario side of the river.
