Another light rail delay is upon us, except this one deals with a transit service that hasn’t been launched yet. The North-South line between Bayview and Riverside South has been pushed back for a fourth time. At first, the original launch date was planned for August. Then, it was pushed back to September. Then, it was moved to November. And now, we won’t see it until 2024, when Winter likely gives way to Spring.
