It’s launching the ‘One Million Canadian Hearts Project’, a pioneering initiative to detect cardiovascular disease risk factors through early screening and swift intervention. And by harnessing this powerful data, experts are hoping that this 5-year strategic plan will uncover the grim realities of heart disease, while identifying which demographics are at risk and what factors shape various outcomes.
