More Canadians say they are willing to serve in the Armed Forces if Canada gets involved in a major conflict. A new poll, performed by Nanos Research for The Globe And Mail, revealed that 24 percent of respondents expressed a willingness to serve in the Canadian Military full-time if that dreadful moment arrived. Back in November of last year, that number sat at a concerning 12 percent. And finally, these findings are unveiled months after Prime Minister Carney announced a significant boost in defense spending.
