Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe says he's not discouraged by the Federal Budget not earmarking funds for local transit and infrastructure. He says financial commitments aren’t always tied to a specific day on the calendar, adding that he’s also satisfied with the info he’s been receiving from OC Transpo in regards to the LRT East Extension.
