The Trump administration is threatening to ban several Canadian imports – from a bulk of alcohol products, to some dairy goods, and even motorcycles. He signed the new proclamations late-Tuesday night and they are set to kick off on September 29th. Canadian counter-tariffs on American goods went into effect yesterday, a move that impacts roughly 700 products. However, this Canadian punch-back and a combination of American trade punches is a bitter pill to swallow for Capital Beauty Supply, which imports products worldwide for hundreds of Eastern Ontario hair salons.
