It’s been a wild and crazy 7 days for Canada’s Conservatives. It started with a Tory MP crossing the floor to join the Carney Liberals. Days later, another Conservative MP stepped aside from the party, and the political arena altogether. And then, we have what happened on Sunday, as the newly-turned-Liberal MP Chris D’Entremont gave his first TV interview since the defection. During a conversation with CBC’s Rosemary Barton, he claims that party members barged into his office and yelled at him when they heard rumblings of his pending departure.
