Tom Jackson, singer, songwriter, actor, and philanthropist, is bringing his pre-holiday charity concert event to Toronto on Dec. 11. Alongside, Tom will have Tom McKillip and John MacArthur Ellis. Over the years, Tom's charity events have raised an estimated $250 million.
