Barrhaven West Ward Coun. David Hill has been addressing recent Ottawa Police Services Board meetings over concerns from himself and residents over an increase in car thefts and is calling for a more integrated approach to tackling the issue from all levels of government.

Hill joins Patricia Boal alongside local resident Anthony Owura, who recently had his car stolen and then retrieved after several weeks by Ottawa Police, to talk through the issue and potential means of solving it.
