The Canada Day flooding that hammered Ottawa’s West End could lead to a partial opening of the Western LRT Extension, as opposed to the planned full opening. That’s according to a transit executive. Kristy Cameron gathers reaction from Barrhaven East councillor Wilson Lo in Hour 2. He is a member of Ottawa’s Transit Committee and he is also a former OC Transpo employee.
