Earlier in the show, we talked about an interesting idea from Ottawa’s largest school board. Granted, this idea is likely to generate a lot of controversy and opposition. It surrounds the typical high school graduation, and whether it should be replaced with a different ceremony. According to the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, if these changes were made, students from all levels of achievement would be able to cross the stage with their classmates. And when it comes to award ceremonies, new additions would be made for non-academic accomplishments. Do you support this idea? Kristy Cameron tackles today’s Question of the Day. Plus, the leader of Canada’s Conservatives made a lot of headlines over the weekend, as he held another ‘Axe The Tax’ rally. We discuss further with our Political Heat panelists in Hour 3.
