Parents at Louise Arbour Elementary on Beech Street, which is operated by a French public school board, are voicing concerns about portables and porta-potties. The school has already installed seven classroom portables. But ahead of the upcoming learning season, they have added an eighth one, along with a pair of porta-potties.
