The garage doors are wide open in various parts of Downtown Ottawa today, as residents and businesses host another edition of the Great Glebe Garage Sale. In parts of the ByWard Market, as well as Little Italy, paid parking has been extended to 7:30pm on weeknights, a measure that is ruffling some feathers with residents and business owners.
