The Ottawa Police Service has a sexual misconduct problem – and their Chief of Police knows it. Last month, Eric Stubbs issued a very blunt 7-minute video to his officers. In this message that was obtained by CTV Ottawa, he called out a pattern of inappropriate behaviour, and basically told his members that they need to change their behaviour or turn in their badge.
