A parkade in Downtown Ottawa has been closed until further notice after the top floor suddenly collapsed on Tuesday night. As of right now, we don’t know the official cause, but there was a large amount of snow that was piled onto the top level. Ottawa firefighters are now working to stabilize the structure, as 50 vehicles remain trapped.
