Bookstores are worried about the next chapter of a tense Canada-U.S. trade war. That’s because books that are being printed in America are on a list of goods that Canada may choose to counter-tariff in response to President Trump’s upcoming economic attacks. This decision could hit Canadian authors where it hurts, as many of them choose to print their products next door. Kristy Cameron chats with J.J. Davis, the co-owner of White Pine Books and Children’s Boutique in Arnprior. Speaking of that trade war, America’s complex political climate has some doctors thinking about a move to Canada. Joining the show to explain further is John Philpott, the Founder and CEO of CanAm Physician Recruiting.
