On this program, we tend to chat a lot about how Artificial Intelligence is changing so much of today’s world. But what about how it’s changing our governments? According to new analysis from the Economist Magazine, 20 percent of the words spoken in the House of Commons by MPs were written with A.I. assistance. This data, by the way, is over the past 12 months alone. This comes as other countries around the world are starting to tighten restrictions on A.I. within levels of government. For example, all 27 E.U. member countries are required to disclose the usage of Artificial Intelligence whenever they utilize it. Joining us to discuss further in Hour 2 is Nathalie Smuha.
