A new Leger poll, which was conducted for the Association for Canadian Studies, shows that the Liberals and Conservatives are fighting for support from ‘centre voters’. According to the association, the Tories need to convince centrist voters that Liberal leader Mark Carney lacks leadership strength. In this poll, roughly two-thirds of voters that identify as either left or left-of-centre are secured by the Liberals.
