The Ottawa Humane Society has put a bow on its biggest feline survey. It turns out that more and more residents are opposed to allowing cats outdoors, moreso when they are not supervised. Should the City of Ottawa introduce an outright ban on unsupervised cats? OHS spokesperson Stephen Smith doesn't venture that far, rather suggesting a gentle recommendation to keep your cats indoors.
