On Wednesday’s show, we briefly dove into the basics of intersection safety, and examined the troubling trends that Canadian cities are facing right now. Today, it’s red-light cameras, and the somewhat-positive trends we’ve been noticing lately. King Edward Avenue is home to a trio of Ottawa’s 10 busiest red-light cameras in 2025. Is this a sign that people are getting the message, or are today’s drivers finding different shortcuts? Rideau-Vanier councillor Stephanie Plante joins the program in Hour 1. But first, we bring you up to speed on today’s top headlines, and a familiar voice is helping us out on the CFRA Newsdesk!
