And ever since a knock on the door from the provincial supervisor, there has been a ‘communications blackout’ at the OCDSB, as trustees and school officials are now locked out of their work accounts. Trustee Lyra Evans pays us a visit in Hour 1 to address an uncertain future. Meantime, we have officially entered Day 2 of RBC Bluesfest, as the crowds continue to roll into LeBreton Flats.
