U.S. President Donald Trump spoke at the World Economic Forum yesterday. To nobody’s surprise, he pointed the finger at Canada. He says the feds are very tough to deal with. He suggested, once again, that America doesn’t need us. Globe and Mail finance columnist Rob Carrick is taking those words to heart. He suggests, if you want to go someplace warm this Winter, maybe choose Mexico or Costa Rica instead of places like Florida.
