The Ottawa Mission is relentlessly campaigning to save supervised consumption sites all across Ontario, encouraging its petitioners to contact the Ford government and urge the province to change course. And while the province's critics believe in the effectiveness of Ontario's HART hubs, they believe the elimination of these consumption sites will still cause plenty of long-term damage.
