Many homes in the town of Port aux Basques, Newfoundland and Labrador, have been completely wiped out after Hurricane Fiona devastated the Maritimes. Resident René Roy, who is also editor-in-chief of the local paper, Wreckhouse Weekly News, describes to Evan the extent of damage.
