Canada is expanding the eligibility of several COVID-19 support programs to include employers subject to capacity-limiting restrictions of 50 per cent or more. The benefit provides $300 a week to those eligible, but Toronto musician Deryck Roche tells guest host Zain Velji this doesn’t go far enough.
