What started as a normal Monday morning for Ottawa crossing guard Peter Clark quickly turned tragic after he was fatally struck by a teenage driver. It comes on the heels of a frightening scare just outside of Half Moon Bay School – where a Barrhaven child was struck and fortunately survived. And now, crowds of parents are calling for significant safety changes around school zones.
