One year after cutting several programs, Algonquin College is going through another round of difficult programming decisions. And they are not the only post-secondary institution facing this dilemma, as several Ontario-based Colleges are in serious fiscal trouble. Steve Orsini is the President and CEO for the Council of Ontario Universities.
