U.N. climate negotiations kickstarted in Brazil last week, as leaders attending COP30 were pushing for a ramp-up in efforts to curb global warming. The United States, however, were not present in these talks. Geoffrey Johnston, an International Affairs columnist with the Kingston Whig-Standard, joins Andrew Pinsent on CFRA Weekends.
