Everyone knows that the Victoria Day Weekend is the unofficial start to Summer, but don't tell that to the parts of Alberta that are getting plastered with snow today. But if you've lived in Canada's Capital long enough, you know that the real highlight of this 3-day vacation is the batch of blossoming tulips. Andrew Pinsent checks in with Jo Hall, the Executive Director of the Canadian Tulip Festival, on CFRA Weekends. The 74th edition kicked off last week, and it runs right through Monday.
