On Wednesday, Education Minister Paul Calandra put the wheels in motion for yet another school board supervision, and reports indicate that the province could be planning for its eighth takeover. When asked about his reasoning for the Peel supervision, Calandra justified the move, saying it was made to prevent dozens of teacher layoffs. So what is the Ford government’s endgame?
