Parts of Ontario and Quebec will soon determine how much power the Carney Liberals will have. With a trio of byelections scheduled for Monday, the Red Team only needs a singular victory to secure a majority government, and two of those available ridings have been deemed Liberal strongholds. But after veteran Conservative MP Marilyn Gladu defected from the Tories to join Carney's caucus, there is a cloud of doubt as to whether Monday's results will mean anything in the long run.
