A group of innocent students at the University of Waterloo opted for a pitstop at the closest campus vending machine. In the end, these students got more than what they bargained for, as the M&M machine abruptly malfunctioned. When it refused to work, the machine displayed a disclaimer that it was running facial recognition software, scanning the faces of customers when they bought as much as a chocolate bar.
