In light of a recent cap on international student visas, we’ve seen public colleges struggle to implement a new path forward. The bottom-lines have now been hampered, and that has forced some institutions to cut programs in order to save money. Private colleges, meantime, have stepped in to fill some of these international voids, further putting a dent into the public colleges’ revenue streams.
