Saturday’s expected rainfall is set to delay the Ottawa River from stabilizing. Tonight’s forecast calls for roughly 10 to 15 millimetres of rain, coupled with the risk of a thunderstorm. And as water levels along the Ottawa River continue to spread beyond its boundaries, it’s not exactly known how this forecast will impact the latest flood warnings.
