Hospital workers will be holding a rally at Ottawa City Hall on Tuesday, calling for City Council to abandon its upcoming plans for a ‘bubble zone’ bylaw. If passed, this legislation would squander their right to legally protest outside of hospitals, a right that their union vows ‘won’t be compromised’.
