Can't see any lines on the road while you’re driving? It's an increasing hazard that is putting several lives in danger, according to Beacon Hill-Cyrville councillor Tim Tierney. In a recent Ottawa Citizen op-ed, the veteran city councillor called out today’s federal legislation, which has a higher priority on protecting the environment.
