Canadian Blood Services is encouraging Canadians to lend a helping hand during a Mother’s Day stem cell drive next weekend. It is taking place on Saturday, May 10th at St. Francis Xavier High School on Spratt Road – starting at 11AM and running until 2PM. It’s being spearheaded by Hillary McKibbin, who is battling a pair of extremely rare blood disorders that could prove fatal if left untreated. Today, she remains focused on the bright side of life, raising awareness however she can. Hillary McKibbin, alongside her mother Kelly, join Andrew Pinsent on CFRA Live.
