Tesla’s popularity is quickly tanking in Canada, not to mention around the world, as many link the popular electric car brand to the complex politics of U.S. President Donald Trump. Elon Musk, who is the longtime owner of Tesla, is currently employed by the Trump administration. And over the past few weeks, car dealerships have become a hangout spot for angry protestors.
